By accessing or using primui (primui.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

primui is a design system builder that lets you create, preview, and export production-ready UI components and design tokens. The free tier provides access to core editing features. primui Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional components, export formats, and features.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Intellectual Property

Code you export from primui is yours. You may use exported code in personal and commercial projects without restriction or attribution.

The primui application, brand, logo, and underlying source code remain the intellectual property of primui. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the application itself.

Payments

primui Pro is a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, contact us at support@primui.com and we will work to resolve it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, using the service to distribute malware, or circumventing access controls.

Limitation of Liability

primui is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, primui shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
